When was the last time you MOT'd your car?  I can guess it will be in the last 12 months.  But when was the last time you MOT'd yourself?  When was the last time you MOT'd your team?  What we can do is come into your place of work and run a 20-30 minute health check covering blood pressure, heart rate, BMI and body fat % and also offer a Mental Health check in.  If one of these results are slightly high or slightly low it doesn't meant there is anything wrong, but it can be an indicator that there could be issues ahead.  Fill out the form on our website and we'll be in touch soon.

Why are health checks beneficial?

Implementing health checks in the workplace is not just a gesture towards employee well-being; it's a strategic move that can significantly impact a company's bottom line. When employees are in good health, productivity soars. Regular health assessments can identify potential health issues early on, allowing for timely interventions that prevent absenteeism and keep the workforce performing at its peak.

Moreover, a healthy workforce is a more engaged and satisfied one. By offering health checks as part of the workplace culture, companies demonstrate a commitment to their employees' holistic well-being, fostering loyalty and reducing turnover. Employees are more likely to stay with a company that prioritizes their health, creating a stable and experienced workforce that contributes to long-term success.

Our basic health check looks at 4 key numbers and you will be provided with a booklet and explainantion of what each number means and how important they are to overall health.

Resting Heart Rate

Outdoor Exercise

Resting heart rate monitoring is crucial for cardiovascular health assessment. A lower resting heart rate generally indicates better fitness and heart efficiency. Regular tracking helps detect changes, offering insights into overall well-being and potential cardiovascular issues, prompting timely intervention for a healthier lifestyle.
